Cross-Over Bracket/ H-440 Used with a 90° corner block when it is necessary to pull a corner at a cross-over clamp. It is fabricated of 3⁄16” structural hot-rolled channel. Two attached swivel snaps attach to the strand while the strand clamps are being set and tightened (strand clamps not included). This unit can also be used at the pole to avoid a congested pole.
